| April meeting minutes are accepted with correction of motion to pass minutes and date of next meeting.

| Treasurer’s report by Chuck Mabley shows an end of the month of April balance of $5,599.66. A motion is made to approve by John Tarantino and seconded by Marty Osborne.

| Membership cards – tabled for next year

| Covered bridge – Neil Kocsis reports that 3 or 4 architects have taken a look at the site. No new updates at this time.

| Trail Day in Rochester –
| June 12 from 8 until 2 p.m.

| Christine will call Al Goetzinger about getting the stuff for the booth.

| The Rumohrs, John Tarantino and Christine Hamilton can attend the event.

| Chuck Mabley attended the Greenways Initiative Commission meeting and collected information about other trail programs in other parts of the country.
|
| We are going to hold off on scheduling clean-ups because of wet weather and existing construction.
