will head in either direction, towards 26 Mile or Campground Roads. |

$100,000. |
|
 | Treasurer’s report by Chuck Mabley shows a July end of month balance of
$4,958.43. A request to reimburse Rich Platz for a $20 event insurance premium
is made by Dennis Tipsword and seconded by John Tarantino. |
 | Correspondence – We received a response to the Kodak American Greenways
Awards Program grant application. Because of overwhelming response they cannot
help us out. |
 | Work needs to be done to set up volunteers for the Peach Festival and Good
Old Days events. |
 | Clean up is scheduled for September 20 at 9 a.m. starting at West Road. |
 | Trail Commission is planning a "buzz" event called "Planting the Seed" on
September 24. The event will be at the Glacier Club. People will be taken out
on the trail and made available for photo opportunities. The new video will
have its premier.
 | The engineers submitted their report to county road commission. The road
commission has suggested some stoplights. Negotiations are going to avoid
this issue. |
 | As they go into fundraiser plans they will submit collected money to
county, If necessary they will go through our organization. A contract will
be drawn up for this arrangement. Chuck Mabley advises we keep our FMOT
funds separate for our own expenses. |
|
 | Applefest is on October 10,11, and 12. Rich Platz makes motion that we
apply and make final decision in September about attending. John Tarantino
seconds the motion and it passes. |

collaboration. |
 | Clinton River Cleanup will publicize our clean up since they are on the
same day. |
 | History – It is decided that the scrapbook will not be taken to the Peach
Festival to keep it safe. Lee will ask if it is wanted at the Trail Commission
event in September. |
 | Our thoughts and prayers go to Rich Platz and his wife to get through this
