Meeting is called to order.
	Motion to approve November minutes with corrections is passed.
	Correspondence: Thank you letters to HCMA have been sent.
	Approval of treasurer’s report by Chuck Mabley shows an end of November balance of $$5,359.46 and end of December balance is $5,126.20.
	Trail Committee Meeting - Election of officers – Peter Lund, Gary Kirsch, Jill Smith Promotion video discussion – It will be about 9 ½ minutes long and will include a bit on the friend’s group. Reviewed preliminary brochure - Member groups will have more exposure on flyer. Armada and Richmond Township have not taken old property off tax roll. The county might be able to pursue legal action. There is talk an individual is interested in putting a small parking lot and put an ice cream restaurant at Van Dyke and Campground Road. Trail commission is considering but could not act on this yet Survey status – They will decide who and when surveying will be. It is unsure when we can officially get on trail. Property limits are a major priority. Friends group is okayed to do work but do not have free run of the trail. There was in-depth discussion about letterhead. We have received a recommendation for a grant. We can celebrate when it arrives!
	A vote was made to delete section 5.02B, regarding term limits of the officers, from the by-laws.
	Armada Township update – Gale Barr and Al Goetzinger will keep us posted.
	Our contract for Camp Rotary has been approved.
	Letter of Intent subject has been postponed.
	Mailing List – The list numbers about 110 people. Postcards will be sent out in March along with spring newsletter.
	Scrapbook is accessible to look out. It is also expandable to fit more information. Thanks to Rich Platz for working on it.

New Business

	Board election – All incumbent members have been re-elected (Chuck Mabley, Dave Rumohr, Christine Hamilton and Rich Platz).
	The budget was amended and passed.
	We gave the Richmond Winter and Ice Festival a $100 sponsorship.
	Dave Rumohr will bring samples of membership cards.
	The new brochure design has been approved to be printed on a light, bright color.
	It is approved to reimburse Lee Sorensen $144 for printing costs.
	Motion made to pay RTC for the books bought on consignment as a good gesture. (24 books @ $18.95)
	We need ideas on a Friends group spring function.
	Trail construction updates will be coming up.
